Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a standard return for refund, your garment must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

Your Shkirt is defective or damaged, or

You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
Non-returnable Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
