Shipping policy

Processing Times

All Shkirts are made individually and tailored to your measurements.

Please allow:

  • 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once your package ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from New York, NY.

Available domestic shipping options may include:

  • USPS (First Class, Priority, Priority Express)

  • UPS

  • DHL (limited domestic options)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We currently do not offer free shipping, but we do our best to keep rates as low as possible.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International orders may be shipped via:

  • DHL Express

  • USPS International

  • UPS International

Transit times vary by country and carrier.

Duties and Taxes

Some countries require import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery.
These fees are not included in your purchase unless stated at checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying any required import charges.

If you refuse a package due to customs fees, we cannot refund shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier scans the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, it is outside our control.

  • Kameron Rose is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or delayed packages.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it; additional postage may apply.

We are always happy to help point you in the right direction if an issue arises.

Address Changes

If you made an error when entering your shipping address, email us immediately at:

We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Packaging

Your Shkirt will ship in minimal, recyclable packaging to align with our zero-waste mission.
Whenever possible, we reuse clean packing materials to reduce waste.

Preorders or Made-to-Measure Items

If a product is marked as preorder or requires custom tailoring beyond standard adjustments, processing times may be longer.
These details will always be clearly stated on the product page.
