  • We do not guarantee that the product you receive will appear exactly as depicted on your screen.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is not considered accepted until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully. We may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been accepted.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Recycling Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price listed at checkout at the time of your order and will also appear in your confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

  • shipping and handling fees

  • duties or import charges

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for:

  • delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather

  • lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered

Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

All content on the Services—including the Shkirt name, designs, branding, text, graphics, videos, logos, and product photography—is owned by Kameron Rose or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may use our Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.

7. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are offered “as is” and without warranties. Your use of any optional tools or features is entirely at your own risk.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Kameron Rose is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Kameron Rose. Shopify is not responsible for any sales transactions between you and Kameron Rose. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to those transactions.
